This chalet, sleeping 7/9, is conveniently situated just 450m from the ski lifts and less than 200m from local shops and restaurants whilst remaining in a quiet neighbour-hood. Overlooking the lake used for summer sports, this property offers an excellent choice for the sports minded any time of year. Recently renovated and refurnished this is a very comfortable and well appointed base for your holiday at Les Angles.
 The chalet is built on a hillside and benefits from split-floor living areas. The lower level is used for the kitchen, bathroom and w.c. whilst the middle level contains the main living area. The higher level contains the bedrooms and mezzanine sleeping area. Total floor area is 70 sq.m and this means that it can comfortably accommodate 7/9 adults. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed with a single bunk above. A further double bed is situated on the mezzanine landing and a large comfortable bed settee (for two persons) is in the sitting room. A folding single bed can be requested if the mix of beds does not suit the party.
 The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size oven, combination micro/convection oven, hob, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom has a full length bath with shower over and a vanity/washbasin unit. There is also a separate w.c. on the ground floor.
The spacious and comfortably furnished sitting room is equipped with television, DVD player and games. The dining area is situated to benefit fully from the views over the lake.
The balcony which runs the full width of the chalet faces south east and enjoys beautiful views of the lake and offers a wonderful place to have lunch or an evening snack.
You will find our rental rates vary throughout the season but start at £290 per week.
As well as the spacious accommodation, we have tried to anticipate all your needs after a full day’s activity. We provide wood for your open fire and all your bedding and towels. All you need to do each day is enjoy your holiday, relax and plan what you do tomorrow!
