Q1

How do I book ?

A1

Booking is relatively straightforward. Although we do not offer on-line booking, we do update our site regularly with the bookings we already have. First check this page and then if the period is available, please call or email us. As soon as you have contacted us, we will reserve the week for you and as long as the deposit is received within 7 days, the week is yours. The deposit we ask for is 25% of the advertised price which will hold the property of your choice. The remainder of the cost is payable 21 days before arrival at the property

Q2

Are there any other payments due on arrival ?

A2

Our prices include all utilities (electricity, water, oil and gas). Linen and towels are also included in the price. One thing we ask for is a security deposit (in advance by credit card) to cover the cost of repairs or replacement if any damage to the property or contents occurs during your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you after your departure day if all is well. The cost of the security deposit is a fixed fee of €250.

Q3

How do we get to the area ?

A3

Most of our clients either drive or fly although it is possible to use the train to Cork. If driving, it takes around 4 hours to travel from the East coast ports of Ireland although it is only an hours drive from Cork port

If flying, the closest airport is Cork, although Kerry is also very close. Ryanair and Aer Lingus fly into Cork and offer low cost flights to the area
